To make an appointment …

Step one

Call (760) 878-2394. If you get my voicemail (I am on the phone alot…) please leave several good times for me to return your call. I will need to know the questions and concerns you have about the animal, and will determine if it’s something I think I can help you with. Then, I will ask for your name, location of the animal, phone number, the animal’s name, a brief physical description of the animal. Please do not leave this information on my voicemail, as I need to make sure the information is complete. I do not set up appointments via email, and need to speak with you by phone to set up an appointment.

After I collect the information I need from you, we will set up an appointment for me to call you back and discuss the information that has been received from your animal.

Step two

I will communicate with your animal (see FAQ), focusing on your questions and concerns. I will also pick up impressions about your animal’s personality and anything your companion would like to express.

Step three

I will call you at the time of your appointment, and discuss with you the impressions I have received from your animal.

Payment

The fee is $55, and payment is due by credit card at the time of the appointment. The fee for additional pets in the same family is $30. Mailing address is: P.O. Box 512, Independence, CA 93526.
